Letter from Recruitment Chair

Joining Delta Gamma at New Mexico State University has easily been one of the greatest decisions of my college career. I am truly blessed to be a part of something that is greater than myself. Delta Gamma At NMSU consists of an amazing group of women, all of whom I am proud to call my sisters. Some of my fondest memories in college have revolved around Delta Gamma, whether it is Monday night meetings, sisterhoods, retreats in Cloudcroft, late night study sessions that turn into dance parties in the lodge, or having marshmallow food fights in the kitchen, I know everyday will always be a new adventure. These women are not only loving and supportive when I need them the most, but each one is also extremely intelligent and beautiful in her own special way, not to mention they can all make me laugh harder than anybody else I know. Being a part of NMSU DG is such an incredible experience, with each girl priding herself in furthering leadership opportunities, academics, campus involvement, genuine sisterhood and of course, tons of fun. As exemplified by our President’s Cup Award, the highest sorority new member GPA on campus, a consistent top-recruiting chapter, and more, I truly believe that Delta Gamma at New Mexico State University really does have it all.  Delta Gamma has absolutely changed my college experience for the better, and it has ultimately changed my life as a whole, playing a huge role in developing me into the woman that I am today. The sisterhood at DG truly is a lifelong bond that is beyond just the amazing four years of college. I know that even after my college experience is over, I will always remain close and connected to my sisters all because of DG.
